I've been known to eat Milk Duds for breakfast, obsess over polka-dotted socks and occasionally I sport some serious grade three recess hair. When left to my own devices, I might reorganize a closet or two (or three) and I have no problem complimenting strangers in fitting rooms at the mall.Besides all that, weddings are my thing. I eat, sleep, breath them and love nothing more than to put together all the little -- gorgeous and finicky -- details for the best day in a couple's life. KJ & Co. is my full time job, not a part time hobby.
I've worked in the special events industry in one way or another, on weddings, conventions, and celebrations of all kinds, since 1997. My love of design, antiques and all things vintage started even earlier; as a toddler following my interior decorator mom through design and antique stores, I would often stuff my pockets with fabric swatches, scraps of ribbon and silk flower petals. For my birthdays, I would begin planning four months in advance.
Operating out of Burlington, Ontario, KJ and Co. offers wedding planning and styling. As a certified wedding planner I love helping brides turn their hopes and dreams for their big day in to reality. Knowing that nowadays, lots of us prefer to DIY it, I also offer day-of and month-of coordination. In addition to planning & styling, KJ & Co. also offers vintage rentals for your special events and photo shoots.
