Turning your Pinterest board in to the wedding of your dreams – while working and maintaining a personal life – is a challenge. Not to worry, I love lists and spreadsheets as much as bright bouquets and beautiful table linens.

Once I'm on board, we’ll discuss and decide on resources and vendors that would fit you perfectly and visit them together so you can make your final decisions along with my experienced guidance. Your custom Design Proposal will outline a cohesive look for your big day, with your budget in mind. I’ll act as the point of contact for vendor communications, while managing your budget and timeline. Plus, you’ll have my support, styling and coordination skills on board for all those big moments — wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Not to mention help and advice for all the little bumps along the way.

When wedding day arrives, I'll be on-site executing your itinerary and overseeing vendors and your excited bridal party. Whether it's handing out tissues seconds before you head down the aisle, sewing a tear in your gown mid-reception, or confirming important details with the caterer, trust that you and your family can enjoy the wedding as the guests of honour, while someone else sweats the small stuff.

Planning an event and creating a cohesive design scheme while staying on budget can be a challenge, especially while figuring out where to source all the necessary vendors and details. Luckily, KJ and Co. also offers Décor Consultation.

A Design Proposal is included in all Full and Partial Planning Programs. This is a standalone service for social and corporate events, and for our clients up to the challenge of planning their own wedding.

We’ll start with a site visit to your wedding or event venue, and then I’ll assemble inspiration in order to create a design proposal tailored to your event, built with your budget in mind. Your design proposal includes suggestions for rentals such as linens and furniture, tablescape details, florals, paper goods and more. It will serve as a flexible guideline while we meet with and contract trusted vendors.

KJ and Co. has a carefully curated collection of decor items for rent. They make the perfect addition to weddings, showers, and social parties. The inventory includes table numbers, picture frames large and small, candle holders, card boxes, and more. 

Dining chairs, furniture and table linens are also available through preferred suppliers. KJ and Co. would be happy to meet with you to discuss which rentals are needed for your event.


I work from my home office in Burlington, Ontario, maintaining office hours on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Meetings are by appointment only; of course I’m happy to accommodate your schedule with evening and Saturday appointments whenever possible.

Pricing for any planning or coordination program will vary depending on the number of guests and what type of event you are hosting (tented, off-site catering, traditional venue, etc). 13% HST will apply to all services.

Services are based on the scope of work rather than a percentage of your total budget or costs. Based on experience, the best fit for KJ and Co. planning programs seem to be weddings with a budget of $50,000+ for Full Planning. Having said that, I’m happy to hear more about the specifics of your celebration to determine the best fit and package, particularly if you’re planning a smaller intimate affair.
