If you're anything like me, you've been drooling over your Instragram as pics continue to flood in from NYC Bridal Fashion Week. Lace and tulle and crop top gowns, oh my!
Online bridesmaid gown retailer Weddington Way kindly invited me to share some of their behind-the-scenes photos and trend forecasts details. Their unique virtual show room allows bridal parties to connect and find the perfect bridesmaid dress from across the globe.
Gowns in shades of pink, light blue and even floral prints rocked the runway. (The floral gowns by Ivy and Aster caught my eye.) Even some two tone gowns! Brides will be straying from white more than ever.
ROCK 'N ROLL
Designers Claire Pettibone and acclaimed newcomer Houghton both went decidedly boho, showcasing drop dead gorgeous styles in fun, cool, and (actually) wearable silhouettes.
Lace, tulle, and feathers are the fabrics to be on the lookout for! WW saw some amazing dresses using multiple fabrics on one dress to create stunning looks.
The biggest surprise, according to yours truly: crop tops everywhere. Plenty of two piece gowns made their way down the runways, but I promise you, they were much more chic than Scheana of Vanderpump Rule's pearl studded crop top gown.
