Wed Luxe 2014

For three years now the Wed Luxe Show has been the unofficial kick off of January. The event was hosted at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel again in Toronto and I attended with new KJ and Co. intern Libby. Here's a few of the pics we snapped.

Whether your wedding budget is $10,000 or $100,000, the Wed Luxe show is always worth attending. The gift suite never disappoints and it's totally worth the price of admission. The displays from exhibiting vendors and themed areas through out the event will take your breath away. As a wedding planner and no longer a bride to be, I love to attend the show for inspiration.

This year's theme was Springtime In Paris and not a single detail was missed. At the main entrance the ceiling was covered in a leafy rose trellis and chandeliers. The smell was amazing.

While some wedding shows get a bad rap, Wed Luxe is one of my faves. The great thing about visiting wedding shows is that you have a chance to meet vendors in person and see what sort of connection you feel with them. Such a different experience compared to researching everyone online.

Speaking of shows, don't forget to come and visit me this coming weekend at the Hamilton-Halton wedding show.
