Ancaster Mill Wedding | Adrian & Megan

Megan and Adrian planned their Ancaster Mill Wedding from out west, with an awesome team of vendors. So I was more than happy to join their talented crew and coordinate, after Marcia at The Dessert Room recommended me to them.

I loved the way that Megan described their story, so it was only fitting that they met for a first look in Paris, Ontario, where the met and grew up. Their pup Charlie joined in as well. (Always a bonus when I get to visit a furry friend on wedding days.)

After photos in Paris, Dudek Photography also took them to some incredible spots nearby Ancaster Mill, prior to their wedding ceremony in the beautiful on-site chapel. Afterwards, guests celebrated with dinner and dancing in a room filled with candlelight and jewel-tone florals by Sue Gallo Designs.

When I first met Zach, well before a ring appeared on Tamara's finger, she introduced me as their future wedding planner. So it was pretty exciting when I got the news that it was time to plan and celebrate such an exciting day.

This pair is outgoing and loves to socialize with their family and friends, so a big and colourful wedding day was the best fit. Their intimate church ceremony, followed by a ballroom reception at Liuna Station was full of bright florals, sparkly details, and fun for all.

Ancaster-Hamilton Tented Wedding

When it came to the wedding, Jennifer and Mike we not fussy. They wanted a comfortable evening under the stars, with incredible food and a cozy atmosphere. Jennifer's family horse farm was the perfect location, and I had to pinch myself more than once, when I first visited and realized what a perfect setting it was. Of course, zooming around the property on a golf cart was a special highlight on their wedding day.

Their ceremony took place next to the pond, as if it was always meant to host such a special occasion. The clear-top tent tucked in perfectly next to the house, beside the barns and practice field.

Planning a tented wedding is no easy feat. Over a year and a half KJ and Co. planned and designed this private property wedding, with lots of logistics to figure out, including rentals, electricity, washroom facilities and more.

Ballad Photography captured such a beautiful day, including florals by Mum's Garden Floral Studio.

Earth To Table Farm Wedding, Hamilton | Laurie & Colin

Laurie and Colin's wedding day at Earth To Table Farm was stunning. The first thing I recall when thinking of their beautiful barn wedding is most often Laurie's gorgeous wedding gown. But the rest of the details are equally as gorgeous.

This is one of those weddings where I had an impossible time narrowing down the images to share with you.

Deandra's sister is somewhat of a matchmaker, and I'm not talking about how she introduced the happy couple. As a matter of fact, she paired up Deandra and myself a few years ago. "You should meet my sister, she designs invitations." Long story short, after an awesome business blind date, I had a fabulous new friend. Shortly after that, Deandra designed my KJ and Co. branding, which I love. I was beyond excited when I got the news that she and Winston were engaged and she wanted KJ and Co. along for the ride.

As you might guess, when a talented wedding industry pro gets married, the wedding is full of incredible details, and an awesome team is assembled. Winston and Deandra's Hamilton wedding at Liuna Gardens, was no different. The paper goods, designed by the bride herself, under the umbrella of her business Simply Sealed were incredible.

Their big day was inspired by Tuscany and was a thrill for guests. Following their beautiful church ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the patio, along with dozens of delicious homemade cookies, and helped themselves to Italian olive oil favours.

Their gorgeous indoor dinner reception had not one, but five cakes by The Dessert Room. Following dinner, guests went back outside, to dance to a live band in the tent, and enjoyed fresh espresso and gelato.
