Inn On The Twenty Wedding | Eryn & Trevor

Not going to lie, Inn On The Twenty is one of my fave Niagara wedding venues, because the view from their Windows Room is dreamy. The light spilling in the room, captured by Megan Laura Photography, is pretty spectacular.

Also, being one of the Vintage Hotel properties, I know I can trust their team as a fabulous wedding planning partner. Impeccable service, friendly and professional staff, delicious food and wine. Need I say more?

Inn On The Twenty in particular pairs with Cave Spring Vineyard, and offers a gorgeous setting for outdoor ceremonies among the vines. Or in the case of Eryn and Trevor, where the October weather wasn’t quite cooperating, the vineyard’s Retreat Space offers an equally pretty space inside away from the weather.

Have I gushed enough? Like I said, one of my favourite spaces. So when Eryn reached out all the way from California, for help to design and style their wedding day, I was pretty excited.

I put together a Design Proposal that perfectly nailed the look Eryn had in mind but couldn’t quite put in to words. She had been afraid to mention a more modern and contemporary spin on rustic romantic, because she felt “modern” automatically meant minimal and geometric.

The finished product, with florals by Mum’s Garden Floral Studio, and rentals from Simply Beautiful Decor was soft and romantic and a perfect fit for Eryn and Trevor.

I'm especially proud when a friend in the wedding industry taps me to be a part of their wedding day. They've worked with so many professionals, you can bet they think carefully about who to include in their own special day. And of course, the details are sure to be beautiful.

It was a treat to be a part of Erin, from Mum's Garden Floral Studio's big day, because we work together so often. KJ and Co. brides just love her work. And I can't blame them. Erin and Adam hosted their Niagara wedding on their property at home and it was so perfectly suited to them.

Paring down my favourite images, photographed by Katie Nicolle Photography, was a pretty difficult task. I love every photo.

Perfect wedding, beautiful setting by the vines, incredible food. Sign me up, again and again. Planning Niagara weddings are my fave!

Chateau Des Charmes Niagara Wedding Planner | Matt & Kim

Planning a destination wedding in Niagara, is no easy feat. With a team of incredible Niagara wedding vendors, and regular conference phone calls, we put together a memorable weekend for Kimberly and Matt, and their 200 guests from across the globe.

Their wedding weekend kicked off with a Friday night welcome reception at Ravine Vineyard. Saturday's black tie wedding at Chateau Des Charmes was elegant through and through. Guests enjoyed a live band, photobooth, sweets table, and even fireworks!

Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery | Wedding Rehearsal Reception

Featured on Vineyard Bride

Kim & Matt planned their destination wedding in Niagara, where they got engaged. They wanted their friends and family to fall in love with the region like they had, and welcomed guests from across the US - and the globe - with a cocktail reception at Ravine Vineyard Estate Winery, following their Friday evening wedding rehearsal.

Ravine Vineyard being one of their favourite stops in Niagara-on-the-lake, it was the perfect venue to greet everyone and mingle, and kick off the festivities of the weekend.

As their wedding planner, planning and designing the welcome reception as well brought an extra chance to stretch my design muscles. In this case, I designed a casually-elegant welcome reception with a bit of a rustic touch. It had a different feel and more colour than their elegant wedding taking place the next day at Chateau Des Charmes.

Ancaster Mill Wedding | Adrian & Megan

Megan and Adrian planned their Ancaster Mill Wedding from out west, with an awesome team of vendors. So I was more than happy to join their talented crew and coordinate, after Marcia at The Dessert Room recommended me to them.

I loved the way that Megan described their story, so it was only fitting that they met for a first look in Paris, Ontario, where the met and grew up. Their pup Charlie joined in as well. (Always a bonus when I get to visit a furry friend on wedding days.)

After photos in Paris, Dudek Photography also took them to some incredible spots nearby Ancaster Mill, prior to their wedding ceremony in the beautiful on-site chapel. Afterwards, guests celebrated with dinner and dancing in a room filled with candlelight and jewel-tone florals by Sue Gallo Designs.
